We embrace and understand the science and art of Yoga. Through Yamas and Niyamas, we improve health and quality of life by integrating the mind, spirit, and body. Our intention is to provide an environment for healing, a home away from home for the community. We aim to awaken love for our bodies, nurture the potential of our minds, and embrace our spiritual growth by connecting with the universal source.
We offer the Best Yoga Therapy in Corona, CA and do this with love, compassion, a sense of humor, and respect for what each individual can accomplish through Yoga and throughout their lives.
In deep gratitude,
Leeza and Humberto Villagomez
Founded in 1996, The YOGADEN began with classes in a dance studio, Corona, and Norco community centers. The city of Corona and the surrounding areas differ from the crowd in West Los Angeles. It required time and effort to educate the community about the benefits of yoga. A few years later, YOGADEN moved into a 1,600 square foot space on Main St. The yoga concept began to grow and in the third year, we moved into a 4,500 square foot space with two yoga rooms, a holistic treatment room, private training room and our boutique expanded. Shortly after, YOGADEN Teacher Training School, health workshops, belly dancing and more were integrated into the schedule.
In 2008, Leeza and Humberto bought their first building and moved to Corona Point, which is still one of the nicest business parks in IE. Over the past few years, YOGADEN Health Spa has gained recognition, even among the West Los Angeles crowd. Today, Yogaden is located in the same shopping center as Corona Point, with a new address of 1255 Magnolia Ave, Suite 101. It is a beautiful space with high ceilings and lots of windows, located near Islands & Shamrocks restaurants.
Our healing center, yoga classes, and Yoga Teacher Training School are comprehensive and holistic. We teach various guided meditation and yoga styles. Our philosophy is that yoga is for EVERY body. With this in mind, we embody the eight limbs of yoga and various styles and disciplines. These include Guided Meditation, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Yin, the use of props, Hammock Yoga, Restorative yoga, asana sequencing, adjustment, and ancient teachings from India, the Mayans, Hawaii, and other indigenous cultures.
Our Holistic Healing Center offers Yoga Therapy, Holistic Life Coaching, Shamanic energy work, Reiki, Sound Baths, and other modalities by appointment. Yogaden has taken off, supplying Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Orange County with Corporate Wellness events. Our teachers work in Rehab Centers, Mental Health facilities, and also conduct Private Yoga events.
Owner, Trainer and Program Director of YOGADEN International Yoga School
Leeza Villagomez discovered yoga shortly after high school, when the traditional paths laid out by society didn’t quite align with her soul’s calling. A transformative experience with chakra meditation opened the door to deeper self-exploration and a lifelong journey into the ancient traditions of yoga.
Rooted in a rich cultural background—her Portuguese heritage on her mother’s side and a childhood shaped by Maui’s rhythms—Leeza was immersed early on in movement and ritual. She grew up on a small farm, rode horses, and danced Hawaiian, Tahitian, Polynesian, and Māori styles several times a week as part of a Halau. Family luaus and the Boteilho Kula gatherings marked her birthdays and celebrations, further grounding her in heritage and connection.
With decades of experience, Leeza has studied and taught a wide array of yoga disciplines, from Ayurveda to Vedanta. Yet she approaches each day on the mat with a beginner’s heart, continually deepening her own practice while guiding others on theirs.
Her guiding mantra remains: Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu—"May all beings everywhere be happy and free."
